Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SovereignCloak ZTNA software and the website ztna.vyntratech.in, provided by Vyntratech ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the software or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The software

SovereignCloak ZTNA is a self-hosted Zero Trust Network Access product. It is licensed, not sold. Your right to use the software is governed by the license agreement accompanying your license key. These Terms apply to your use of this website and any evaluation or trial license provided through it.

2. Permitted use

You may use SovereignCloak ZTNA to:

• Protect access to internal systems and applications within your own organisation
• Provide Zero Trust network access to your employees and authorised users
• Deploy and operate the software within your own infrastructure

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the licensed software
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software without a written reseller agreement with Vyntratech
• Use the software to provide managed security services to third parties without authorisation
• Remove or alter any licensing, copyright, or attribution notices in the software
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law

4. Trial licenses

Trial licenses granted through this website are provided for evaluation purposes only. Trial licenses may be time-limited and may restrict certain features. We reserve the right to terminate a trial license at any time.

5. Your infrastructure

SovereignCloak ZTNA runs in your own infrastructure. You are responsible for:

• The security and configuration of the systems on which the software is deployed
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the data processed through your deployment
• Managing access credentials, license files, and API keys associated with your deployment
• Maintaining appropriate backups of your deployment state

6. Intellectual property

SovereignCloak ZTNA and all associated software, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of Vyntratech. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyntratech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the software or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the software or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
